The Executive Secretariat

Led by the Executive Director, this team manages day-to-day operations, implements programs, and acts as the central administrative body for VISO-UG.

International Advisory Council

Comprised of global experts and former heads of state, the Council provides non-binding, strategic advice on policy, external relations, and large-scale funding.
